The Present Continuous is used for: action happening now and continuing.
I am working. You are speaking and she is listening.

  • Give and Take – They give me the money and I take it. 
  • Buy and Sell – He buys lunch at McDonald’s lunch because they sell burgers.
  • Push and Pull – Push the door, don’t pull it.
  • Remember and Forget – I remember your face but forget your name.
