The Present Simple is used for: facts, habits, long-term situations
I live in London. London is the capital of England. I speak English.
The Present Continuous is used for: action happening now and continuing.
I am working. You are speaking and she is listening.

- Give and Take – They give me the money and I take it.
- Buy and Sell – He buys lunch at McDonald’s lunch because they sell burgers.
- Push and Pull – Push the door, don’t pull it.
